Step Three: Marketing Your House

When real estate markets make the transition from a seller's to a buyer's market, there is a tendency for agents to put more effort into selling listings. I feel that a solid marketing approach is a good idea regardless of what the current market condition is. Different conditions in the market can bring different opportunities for listings, for example in a seller's market, good marketing may boast higher prices, and in a buyer's market it might mean the difference between a sale or an expiration.

Some techniques for marketing that I will use when you list your property with me are:
